Be Well Care Well Specialist, Grand Strand
Sara serves as the Well-Being Coach for the Grand Strand area with the Be Well Care Well project. Her goal is to support and empower teachers on their journey to the best possible version of themselves. She provides resources and health & wellness education; and hopes the focus on self-care will remain a priority to provide sustainable, healthy benefits for a lifetime! She is passionate about food, family, nutrition, aeroponic gardening, and the power of plants; as evidenced by her blog, Fresh Foodie Mama. Sara holds a Master of Science in Child & Family Studies, concentration in Family Support & Parenting Education from Boston University--Wheelock College of Ed. & Human Development, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion from Coastal Carolina University. She is Certified in Massage Therapy, Infant Massage, and Plant-Based Nutrition and Health Coach Certification is underway.
