Dorthelia’s experience includes 13 years as a Head Start teacher and 11 years as a Parent Educator working with children ages birth to three. She believes in empowering parents to be their child’s first teacher. Dorthelia is a Certified Trainer and Technical Assistant Provider (TAP) with the S.C. Center for Child Care Career Development. She holds an associate degree in Early Childhood from North Greenville College and a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Limestone College.
